　　Different home decorations have different requirements for air conditioning installation. In the installation process of the heating and ventilation pipe production line, the most important one is the need to communicate with the owner on the design plan and construction plan.

The installation position of the indoor and outdoor units, the direction of the refrigerant copper pipe, the direction of the condensate drain pipe and the position of the drain outlet, the direction of the air supply pipe, the position of the air outlet, the direction of the main power cord, the position of the electric control box, The fixed position of the hand operator, the direction and arrangement of the power cord controlled by the damper switch, and the position of the damper switch all need to communicate with the owner and obtain the owner's consent.

The quality of the communication with the owner has a great impact on the construction and future use of residential central air conditioners. Specifically, the following main issues need to be paid attention to when installing the heating and ventilation pipe production line:

　　1) Do not make holes in the beams, and make the hole through the wall as small as possible to make full use of the residential space.

　　2) Installation needs to comply with relevant national safety, construction and design codes. The air ducts, wires, and refrigerant connecting pipes need to be horizontal and vertical when installed, and the air outlet and the hand operator must also be horizontal and vertical after being fixed.

　　3) The slope of the horizontal pipe of the condensate pipe is ≥8‰, and the vertical pipe must be vertical. After installation, conduct a drainage test to ensure that the drainage is smooth, and the condensate pan has no water or leakage.

　　4) The indoor unit must be installed firmly, horizontally, and without skew. When installing the outdoor unit, while installing firmly, it is necessary to consider factors such as noise and exhaust that do not affect neighbors, and the installation above the ground must be 2.5m or more

　　5) The refrigerant circuit, electrical wiring, condensate pipe, air duct and air outlet must be checked before the test.

　　6) After installation, be sure to make detailed use and technical explanations with the owner to facilitate the owner to understand and use the air conditioner correctly and reduce unnecessary troubles.
